Dead Before Their Time
The Dragons were once gods. Now weak and mortal from millennia of war and subjugation, the dragons rely on their only refuge, the Sanctuary. Protected by their ever loyal and unyielding Drago Guards, the dragons once more reach a form of divinity thought lost to them.
But their status is once more threatened, as an army of yet unseen proportions marches upon their home to tear down their walls and destroy every last dragon. The dragons have no choice but to rely on the courage and dedication of the Drago Guards to defend them.
Fates intertwine as a young Drago Guard prepares for war; a young farmhand seeks justice for his burned village; a dwarven mercenary tries to do something good; and a burned-out artist simply tries to paint. All are drawn into a conflict that, no matter which side wins, will end in utter destruction.

JH Rhodes
'A good story of a fight for survival of mythical creatures who were once considered Gods in the land of Drago. With many other fantasy creatures caught up in the fight this tells the tale of good v evil in a fantasy world. The descriptive writing leaves little to the imagination and may for some be a little gory. The story is exciting with unexpected twists and turns. An enjoyable read in which you keep reading to find out if the ending is what you hope for!'
